We got away this weekend. To a Getaway. AKA a tiny house in the woods. AKA the best thing ever.
And if you know us at all, you know we planned something sweet to munch for breakfast after waking up slowly to the sound of...well...nothing. D-R-E-A-M-Y.
Tiny House Overnight Oats (makes 2)
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cup Califia Farms unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- crunchy almond butter
- edible flowers (for garnish)
Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, sliced banana, cinnamon to taste and half the blueberries together. Separate into 2 mason jars and put in the the fridge or a cooler to set. Add the rest of the blueberries, almond butter and flowers to the top and enjoy.
