Happy Monday! Hope you had a heck of a weekend. We've got LOTS to do this week and a full weekend ahead (follow along on Instagram to see where we'll be!) so we're getting right down to it today and not wasting a minute! But first, a little something you MUST MAKE, pumpkin smoothie. DO IT:
- Two handfuls of spinach
- Two large scoops of pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- A few dashes of pumpkin pie spice
- 3-5 fresh figs
- A sprinkle of chia, hemp + flax
- Spoonful of blackstrap molasses
Blend together until smoothie + drink up!
