Happy Monday! We started our week out with a class at Soulcycle and a trip to the Boston Public Market for some fall produce oogling and Mother Juice nourishment. Not a bad start to the week at all.

Speaking of fall produce, we're currently obsessed with delicata squash. Yep, those little round, yellow nuggets of goodness on the right. We for sure picked up some more to roast while we were at the BPM today.

Do yourself a favor and pick one up + slice + de-seed + sprinkle with seasoning + roast at 350 for 45 minutes + eat. You'll be happy you did.
