MUST MAKE MONDAY

Hello there! I don't know about you, but I love granola, oat-y, chewy, cluster-y. Mmmmm. There are plenty of healthy granola recipes out there that cut down/cut out the oil and sweeteners that give granola a bad rap. While granola making at home is relatively simple, sometimes I just don't feel like turning on the oven and dirtying a pan. SO, this is exactly where rawnola comes into the equation. Delicious? Yes. 5 ingredients or less? Yes. Granola-craving-satisfier? YES. I recently made a cacao rawnola and it is totally rad to the max. Recipe below

CACAO RAWNOLA

Ingredients:

- 10 dates

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1 tsp raw cacao powder

Method:

Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly consistency is reached.

Then, I recommend topping your smoothie bowl with a hefty serving and drizzling it with raw crunchy almond butter. Just sayin'
