It's been a world-wind past few days here at kitchen + kraft HQ. Renegade was a total BLAST, NYC was totz amaze and I had the best bunch of travel buddies/helpers a one-woman-show could ask for. LUCKY. Not to mention I got some love from @wholefoods with a repost on Instagram to start my day. So grateful and on cloud 9 right now.
In NYC I just about ate my weight in vegan pumpkin bread from Peacefood Cafe and Peaceful Provisions (see a theme here?) and justified it as craft fair fuel. Now, I'm home and have no way to justify it, but have an itch to make my own. This recipe looks like a winner:
