By now you've made it through Monday, yay you! I juuuust finished my marathon craft fair weekend and am happy to be in my sweatpants on the couch, whew! The last two days, while set up at the Newburyport Fall Harvest Festival, I was lucky enough to know of a raw vegan restaurant in town, Revitalive. SO GOOD. But now, I'm still thinking about the raw macaroon I got for dessert and wondering just how I'm going to re-create them at home, MUST!
